Movement prep to enhance mobility and stability
Power, speed, and agility training
Anaerobic conditioning to improve work capacity
Hypertrophy and strength training to build muscle mass and improve body composition
Soft tissue exercise selection to prevent injury and aid in recovery
Training Program includes:
Soft tissue exercises: foam rolling, trigger point therapy, massage therapy
Movement prep: dynamic stretching, mobility drills, activation exercises
Power, speed, and agility training: plyometrics, sprints, change of direction drills
Anaerobic conditioning:

Cardiovascular conditioning: high-intensity interval training
