Anaerobic conditioning to improve work capacity and prepare for the demands of the season
Soft tissue exercise selection to prevent injury and aid in recovery
Training Program includes:
Soft tissue exercises: foam rolling, trigger point therapy, massage therapy
Movement prep: dynamic stretching, mobility drills, activation exercises
Power, speed, and agility training: on-ice drills, Anaerobic conditioning: interval training, sprints
Hypertrophy and strength training:
Cardiovascular conditioning: high-intensity interval training
